Mr Zhao Xiaodan
Oboist & Pianist
Mr. Zhao graduated from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore (YSTCM), with a Bachelor’s Degree of Music under a full scholarship, majoring in Piano and Oboe. During his study in YSTCM, he achieved an honorable mention in his chamber music and solo recitals. He also played principal oboe of YST Symphony Orchestra.
Meanwhile, he performed on various occasions as a freelance for the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) and various other orchestras around the region. He was the first Chinese invited to join MPO.
Previously, Mr. Zhao obtained Performance Diploma from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with full scholarships under Anthony Camden, the London Symphony Orchestra’s principal oboe, founder of the London Virtuosi and a gifted administrator, in 2001. Mr. Zhao was highly regarded for his musical talent from Anthony Camden. He also studied master classes in the Vienna Conservatory of Music from 2003-2004.
Between 2009 & 2011, he was invited to be principal oboe of Guang Zhou Symphony Orchestra and performed the concert series in Hong Kong, Australia and Macao. In 2019. He is in masto Yo-Yo MA's group Youth music culture in Guangzhou (YMCG).

Ms Li Lulu
Pianist
Ms Li started her music education of the piano, aged six. From 1992-1997, she took the grade examinations and attained distinctions, and also accumulated accolades in numerous youth piano competitions, such as Honorable mention in "Hai Li Bei" Youth Piano Competition in 1998, “Strauss” Piano Competition in 1997, “Hua Pu Bei” National Youth Piano Competition in 1995, the same year, she won second prize in “Pearl River” Youth Piano Competition.
In 1997, Lulu received the full-scholarship to study at Wuhan Conservatory of music. Meanwhile, she attended numerous master classes, performances, and piano accompaniments and chamber music in Wuhan. In 2002, Ms. Li successfully obtained a full scholarship and was invited to attend performances in a music festival in America and obtained the distinctive appraisement.
In 2006, Ms. Li studied music performance in Diploma at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) under Rena Phua. During her study in NAFA, she achieved an honorable mention in Music Essentials Piano Concerto Competition in 2006 and Lucien Wang Piano Competition in 2009, she also performed in many public concerts like Music Platforms, Concert series include Masterpieces, Winning Key and even Evening Concerts. Ms. Li also received master classes by Professor. Lee Kum Sing, Dennis Lee, Toh Chee Hung, Steven Dalvage. Meanwhile, she also participated in frequently of NAFA’s chorus at Lee Foundation Theater, Esplanade Concert Hall and Victoria Concert Hall, the choir performances include Puccini’s Turandot, Mozart’s Opera and Bizet’s Rara Opera.
In 2009, Lulu successfully graduated with a Diploma in Music Performance at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, and was awarded the Lee Foundation Grant in the same year. In May of 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the University of Wales at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. A young and energetic teacher, many students have scored Distinction under her tutelage.

Ms Tian Rong
Violinist
Tian Rong is a member of the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra (MFO). She was attached to the middle school of conservatory in Wuhan city China, she later studied under full scholarship at Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music National University of Singapore, graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree. Tian Rong joined the Summer music Camp in North Carolina of USA in 2001.
After graduation, she has served as a teacher ever since, producing many outstanding students across all levels, who pass their ABRSM examinations with distinction. She has taught widely in many MOE Schools in Singapore.
Tian Rong has vast experience in performing, having displayed her talents in Zhu Hai city of Guang Dong province from 1994-2001 as a string player of an attached middle school affiliated to the Wuhan Conservatory of Music. She performed as a chamber player in orchestras across China during middle school, and at the main barback of He Nan province. During her studies in Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, she performed as a member of National University of Singapore Symphony Orchestra in celebration of their 100th year anniversary.
In recognition of her talents, she was awarded many prizes throughout her career. Amongst them are the first prize of the instrument competition in Kai Feng city, 1995 and He Nan province. 1998. She was also granted the use of a famous violin by collector Mr. Rin Kei Mei.
Mr Marcus Tay
Flutist
Marcus Tay, a native of Singapore, started playing the flute at age of 11 and studied with Jin Ta and Evgueni Brokmiller. He was offered Principal Flute position of the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra whilst studying in the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. Marcus was a member of the Singapore National Youth Orchestra and had featured as a soloist with the orchestra in 2002.
A highly sought after musician, Marcus performs as Principal Flute with several local orchestras such as the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra, Orchestra of the music makers, The Philharmonic Orchestra. He has also performed and toured with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. He was invited to perform at the 2009 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meetings and the 2010 Youth Olympic Games Opening Ceremony held in Singapore. Marcus has also performed with several opera, theatre and dance companies such as Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Theatres Group, Korean National Opera, Singapore Dance Theatre, Singapore Lyric Opera, New Opera Singapore.
Mr Jeremy Chua
Clarinetist
A dynamic and multi-faceted musician, Jeremy, completed his Master’s degree in Music (Clarinet) at Leopold-Mozart-Zentrum, Augsburg Germany. Studied under Professors Harald Harrer, Stefan Jank, and Bettina Aust.
During 2013-2017, he studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Clarinet Performance at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Duesseldorf in Germany.
Jeremy has huge experience in performing and teaching. he invited attended a series of orchestra works; solo recitals, such as Junge Blaeseerphilharmonie NRW; Singapore Lyric Opera. Jeremy is also an avid conductor, he is the main conductor music director for ST Gabriel Secondary School Band. Between 2014-2015, he conducted various ensemble and chamber music in Germany…
Recently, he is concertmaster and principal clarinet for orchestra collective Singapore. From 2013-2017, as a clarinetist and bass clarinetist for the Robert Schumann Hochschule Orchestra.
